      Son Mosely Nutt-land whereon I now live, it being the land formerly Thomas Downing's.
      Son Richard Nutt-all the land I bought of Owen. Fluker, David Fluker, Swan Pritchard, and Isaac Dameron, which is three hundred and fifty eight acres.
      Land in Bayles Neck which I bought of Charles James containing seventy two acres be sold, and the money for the sale to be applied towards paying my debts, and if any money remainds from such sale to be equally divided between my sons Mosley Nutt, Richard Nutt, and Winefred Hurst.
      Son Mosley Nutt-nezroes Andrew and Mary.
      Son Richard Nutt-negro James and Hannah.
      Daughter Winefred Hurst-negroes Currey and Diannah.
      To daughter Anne who intermarried with John White, Blacksmith- fifty shillings to be her part of my estate.
      To grandaughter Francis who intermarried. with John Humphries fifty shillings to be her part of my estate.
      To grandaughter Elizabeth Hudnall if living-fifty shillings and that to be her part of my estate.
      Rest of my estate including the two negroes Isaiah and Jemima which I formerly lent the use of to Joseph Hurst, to be equally divided amongst my three children Mosly Nutt, Richard Nutt, and Winefred Hurst.
      Son Mosley Nutt-one good feather bed and furniture.
      Son Richard Nutt-one good feather bed and furniture.
      Two sons Mosley Nutt and Richard Nutt, and Joseph Hurst, who intermarried with my daughter Winefred Nutt, executors.
