Item I give unto my son William Smith all and singular the remainder of my lands.
Item I give unto my daughter Millia Modiset, one feather bed and furniture which is in her possession and all and singular the other things which I formerly loaned her.
Item I give unto my grandson Samuel Parsley one feather bed and furniture and some pewter which I loaned to my daughter Jane Parsley and is now in the possession of James Parsley, and one cow and calf, and two ewes.
Item I give unto my daughter Alice Smith, one feather bed and furniture, it being the bed she usually lies on, one cow and calf and two ewes to be delivered unto her at the age of 21 years or day of marriage.

Item my will is that my executors sell all such stock and tools to the highest bidder as shall be accounted more that necessary to support the plantation and family, and to apply the same towards paying off my debts and the overplus of the money, if any to be ladid up for a division with the rest of my estate.
Item my will is that my wife enjoy all the residue of my estate during her natural life in widowhood provided she does not waste it and that she have care of my son George Bailey Smith till the age of 21 years; and at the death or marriage of my wife, the residue of my estate be equally divided between my sons Stephen Smith, John Smith, and George Bailey Smith.
