- ROBERT BOURNs Last Will & Testament was exhibitted & sworn to by ELIZABETH BOURN, Executrix of said Will (which was proved p the oaths of WILLIAM TAPP & WILLIAM MORE) & admitted to record, she haveing entered into bond with WILLIAM LIVINGSTON & MOSLEY BATTALEY her securetys & acknowledged ye same in Court, ordered that Certificate be granted the said ELIZABETH, Executrix, for obtaining Letters of Probate in due form, and that PHILLEMON CAVENAUGH, GEORGE PROCTOR, EDWARD PRICE and JOHN SNELL or any three of them (being first sworn before one of his Majties. Justices of peace for this County) do appraise all such of the said ROBERT BOURNs Estate as shall be produced & shew them p the Executrix and make report of their proceedings to the next Court

Unto Thomas Schooler four sheep and two year old heifer. To my executors one bed and furniture, blankets and sheets and my black walnut table and, the looking glass.
My Negro wench Bess I set free because she hath been a• faithfull servant to MB. If the law hindereth from.being free, I bequeath her to my friend Charles Taliaferro.
Unto the Negro wench all her cloathing and- beding, one pót, one pan and one dish, and one sow and pigas and a heffer big with calf.
The remainder part of my estate unto my ,executor,, Charles Taliaferro.
