      The Last Will and Testament of RICHARD WATTS, Gent., deced., was presented into Court by MARY, his Relict and Executrix, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of NATHANIEL POPE and SPENCE MUNROE, two of the wittnesses thereto, is admitt to Record; And upon motion ofthe Executrix and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form; And it is ordered that ROBERT LOVELL, CHARLES TYLER, JOSEPH WEEKES and WILLIAM MUNROE, or any three ofthem being first sworn before one ofhis Majesties Justices for this County doe some time before the next Court value and appraise the Estate of RICHARD WATTS in money and make report thereof to the next Court

      Unto my son Richard Watts all that my plantation at the mouth of Mattox Creek in Westmoreland County which I purchased of Mr. Thomas Wilsford and for want of heires to my son John Watts and his heires.
      Unto my son John Watts all that my plantation whereon my father did live and my mother now doth, on the north side of Mattox Creek adjoyning to Bowcock's land containing 400 acres and all my plantation containing 90-odd acres in the Irish Neck which I purchased of Thomas Tayler.
      The remainder of my land to be divided between my two sons Richard and John Watts and their heires.
      My Negroes and personal estate be equally divided between my loving wife and my five children and if either of them happen to die before they come of age then their parts to be equally divided between the survivors.
      My loving wife Mary Watts executrix, and if my wife should marry after my decease the County Court of Westmoreland take sufficient security for my children's estate.
