To Benjamin Adams , son of Ann Adams of said county, land called "Exchange," and "The New Exchange Enlarged," 250 A. in Rock Creek, Frederick Co.
190 A. near Oxen Run, in afsd. county to 4 grandsons, Herbert Wallis, William Wallace, Alexander Wallace and James Wallis, all that land called "Lead" or "Lead's Addition," 190 A. to be equally divided among them.
To Herbert Wallis, 2 slaves.
To grand-son Alexander Wallis, one slave.
To grand-son James Wallis, one slave.
To Alexander Herbert Hopkins, one slave.
To grand-dau. Elinor Hopkins, wife of John Hopkins, Elizabeth Sweeting, housekeeper of mine; 20 lbs. out of estate, by said Benjamin Adams and my 4 grand-sons, every man paying his equal pt. to make up the 20 lbs.

To son Herbert: 270a of Brothers Industry, laid out by Zachariah White, and 47a of Magruders Industry, and also Piney Level of 134a; also negroes Cato, Dina and her ch., Beck, Iam, and mulatto Tom.
To son William: 300n of Brothers Industry and 84a of Discovery. Also mulattos Frank and George.
To son James: the plantation where he lives of 100a; negro Will; mulattos Nat and Alexr.
To dau. Eleanor Hopkins: The Weavers Denn of 200a; and whereas I formerly gave her a mulatto that is now dead, I give her the mulatto woman's two sons Bob and Sam; also negro I'erl.
To dau. Ann Douglas: negroes Phillis, Sam, Dill, and Kitt.
To grandson John Wallace Douglas: negro Cloe, mulatto Cate, and negro Harry.
To grandson Robert Douglas: negroes Tony, Adam, and Doll.
To both grandsons: £100 each, to be put at interest for their maintenance to age 21. If both die, slaves to dau. Ann. Negro Nan to have her freedom. Negro Flore to have her choice of my children for a master
