FORSTER, WILLIAM, Frederick Co., farmer. 27 Oct, 1749; 22 Nov, 1749
To wife Margarett, personal estate, provided she give all the unmarried child. schooling and other Christian-like education, and use and benefit of the plantation until sons Thomas and Nathaniel, come to age.
To eld. son Thomas Forster, that pt. of the plantation where I now live, with the houses and orchards, and 1/2 the tract of land belonging to it called Spragen's Purches,', of 50 A. equally bet. him and his bro. Nathaniel, fronting the river, provided sd. Thomas shall purchase 50 A. of the land adjoining that pt. of the afsd. 50 that shall fall to him and clear it from all cost.
To young. son Nathaniel Forster, the other 1/2 of the tract called 'Spragen's Purches, being the lower pt. on the river side, containing 25 A.
To dau. Rebecca Mercer, alias Forster, 10 s.
To daus.: Mary, Sarah, Margarett and Ann my personal estate at decease of wife Margrett, but if the exs. think proper to permit Thomas, Nathaniel and Rebecca to have an equal share of the estate, with afsd. Mary, Sarah, Margaret and Ann, it is my will and pleasure it may be done.
