1. Isaac Stewart appears in the Estate references for Joshua Stewart. Here are notes that my father (Franklin B. Olmsted) made some years ago:
In 25 Md. Gen. Soc. Bull. are published Ch. Co. Md. Probate Records, Inventories, Part III: 1791-1808, by Ruth King & Carol Mitchell - at Page 228, under Book 1798-1802 appears:
102 Joshua Stewart - 6 Nov 1798 - Ignatius Stewart and Isaac Stewart nearest kin - Gelon Stewart Admx.
At Page 231 under same book, appears:
284 Joshua Stewart - 30 May 1800 - Isaac Stewart & Francis Ignatius
Charles Co. Inventories book 1797-1802, pp102-104. Inventory made 6 Nov. 1798 by Charles Mankin & Chas. Sewall; sworn to 2 Feb. 1799 by Golon Stewart, admx. 179 13s. 4d. 2 negroes, a negro baby - household goods incl. "2 vialenes old".

At p. 284 of same book, Inventory D.B.N. made 30 May 1800 appraisers Geo. H. Spalding, Joshua Power. Sworn 10 June 1800 by Henry Stewart, adm'r d.b.n.
Signing in the place for next of kin (to the left of the appraisers' signatures) but not called next of kin or anything else, are Isaac Stewart & Francis Ignatius Stewart.

Orphans' Ct. Proceedings 1797-1799; Adm. Bond p. 507 - Helen Stewart, admx.; Henry Stewart & Henry Thompson, sureties. Penalty: 5,000. Made 24 Oct 1798.
Orphans' Ct. Proceedings 1799-1803: Adm. d.b.n. bond p. 64 - Henry Stewart, adm'r d.b.n.; Leonard James Farrall (or Ferrall) & Henry Green Jr. sureties. Penalty 2,000. Made 8 March 1800. Same book, p. 77, petition of Henry Stewart, adm. d.b.n. for sale of property to pay debts and order of court for the sale. Same book, p. 80, on 11 June 1800 Henry Stewart, adm. d.b.n. asks in what newspapers he should give notice to creditors and Court orders he advertise 3 weeks in Md. Gazette & Yundt & Brown's paper.
