Sep 15, 1777 from William Wilcoxon son of William of M, planter, to Jesse Wilcoxon of M, for 300 £a tract of land in M that was conveyed to the sd Wilcoxon by William Ridgeway of Frederick County by deed dated about Sep 26, 1768, being part of a tract of land called Dann, and beginning at sd Ridgeway's part of Dann, containing about 75 acres of land. Also, one other tract of land, being part of Dann afd, which was conveyed to William Wilcoxon by Rebeca Brooke by deed dated about Jun 1, 1772, and beginning at the end of the 7th line of part of the afd tract of land called Dann formerly conveyed by William Dent, containing about 25 acres. Signed - William (W his mark) Wilcoxon. Wit - Sam W. Magruder, Richard Thompson. Rebecca, wife to the sd William Wilcoxon, relinquished her right of dower to the within mentioned land.
