Nephew: Joshua Millard. all of my real estate provided he relinquishes all of his right and title in the land bequeathed to him by his grandfather. Enoch Fenwick, and makes it over to his brother. Ignatius Millard. If he does not, my land is devised instead to Ignatius Millard. He is to also receive eight ewes: one yoke of oxen; and three cows and calves. Nephew: Joseph Wheeler. 20 pounds current money. Nephew: Luke Wheeler. 10 pounds current money.
