ANNs in the County of Essex of one partand JOHN HENSHAW JUNR of the Parish and County aforesaid of the other part; Witnesseth that the said JAMES BOULWARE & MARK BOULWARE for the summ of Thirty four pounds current money & One hundred and thirty two pounds of tobacco to them in hand paid doth grant one parcell of Land containing One hundred & fifty acres scituate in the Parish & County aforesaid being part of a parcell of Land formerly purchased by JAMES BOULWARE deceased: of RICHARD DISON and VALINTINE ALLEN by Deeds bearing date the third day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred &Eighty nine and bounded, begining at a Hickory in WILLIAM GOULDINGs line, thence West two hundred poles to the line of JOHN PITTS, thence with his line North West to a Branch of POPOMAN and down the said Branch its several courses East South East, then North East three pole over a branch to a red Oak standing on the side of a Hill, thence East to a small Hickory and lastly South East to the begining. including one hundred & fifty acres of Land and all Houses buildings gardins orchards water woods to the same belonging which now are or have been accepted with the same parcell or any part thereof; To have and to hold the said Lands and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto JOHN HENSHAW in his actual possession now being by virtue of a bargain and sale to him thereof made for one whole year and by force of the Statute for transferring uses into possession and to his heirs and assigns forever; one tract of Land containing One hundred & fifty acres with the appurtenances and also all the Estate right and demand whatsoever as well in Equity as in Law of them the said JAMES BOULWARE & MARK BOULWARE to all the said premisses; To have and to hold unto the said JAMES RENSHAW his heirs and assigns forever and that he may at all times forever hereafter peaceably and quietly possess and enjoy all the said Lands and premisses without the trouble of them the said JAMES BOULWARE & MARK BOULWARE, In Witness whereof the said JAMES BOULWARE & MARK BOULWARE hath hereunto set their hands and seals

      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom this present Indented Writing shall come, Now Know ye that we PATRICK DONOHOE and ELIZABETH DONOHOE my Wife both of the Parish of St. Anns in County of Essex in consideration of the natural love and affection that we have unto our loving Son, EDWARD DONOHOE, and for other diver good causes thereunto moving we do give unto our loving Son, EDWARD DONOHOE, all that parcell of Land whereon we now live by estimation Seventy five acres be the same more or less and his heirs after both our decest (the Land bounded on the Land of WILLIAM GOLDING and on the Land of HUGH CARY & FRANCIS RAMSEY & on the Land of YOUNG HAWKINS, which was formerly ELLETs.) and we do warrant the said land to him said EDWARD DONOHOE and his heirs after both our deaths (that is we are to have and Injoy the sd land during both our lives); In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this (blank) day of September 1746
