      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE I AUGUSTINE ATHERTON send Greeting Know ye that I the said Augustine Atherton have ordained on my behalf do make in my place THOMAS FENWICK of St. Anne in County of Essex, my true & Lawfull Attorney in my name to take full possession of all the Tenement wth the land belonging which by Indenture bearing date the ninth day of January in the year 1720/21 was granted, or mentioned to be granted unto me the said Augustine Atherton & my heirs or attorney to the use of me & my Attorney by CORNELIUS EDMONDS of Hanover in the County of King George to take & receive of the said Cornelius Edmonds or by certain Attorny in his behalf confirming all my Attorny shall lawfully do. In Witness I have set my hand and Seal the Eighteenth day of Septembr. 1724
