dau.: Lucy - when she comes of age, 200 acres of land
whereon I now live, which I purchased of James Markham.
dau.: Judith - the ballance of the land whereon I now live and as much of my other tract of land left me by my father whereon Moses Harrill now lives as will make her up 200 acres.
son: Lawrence - all the rest of my land, that I have
not already given to him. And with dau. Judith to have their estate when they marry or come of age.
children: Lucy, Lawrence and Judith - when they come of age - all my Negroes and movable estate to be equally divided between them. It is my desire that my son Lawrence at ten years old shall be given up to his uncle Rodham Kenner if he inclines to take him, to be put by him to a well Instructed Seminary of learning where he may be well Ingrafted in the french language only and the principles of the Mathematicks
