To son Luke Brown, 250 acres in Baltimore Co. at Hunton Ridge, which is part of a tract called "Parkers Pallace,' horse.
To dau. Elizabeth, Negro girl Dinah, ewes, lambs, £5.
To son Dixon Brown, Negro man Dick, horse, saddle, furniture, stock.
To son John Brown, Negro wench Doll, furniture, stock.
To son Francis Brown, part of the tract I now dwell on, called Walnut Point, furniture.
To dau. Ann Brown, Negro wench Sall, furniture.
To son Thomas Brown, remainder of land I dwell on, furniture, stock, Negro wench Leah.
To dau. Charlotte, Negro boy George begotten of the Negro wench Leah, furniture.
To sister: Mary Brown, furniture and her residence on the plantation and maintenance as usual.
That my youngest children, Francis, Thomas, Ann and Charlotte, be educated. That Thomas be bound out as a brick layer and Thomas to the trade of taylor, when they reach age 14.
