-Sarah to have part of a tract of land called "Wantwater" beginning at a stone standing near the side of a broad creek near the fishing landing and thence up the road through the gate to the main road which leads from Piscataway to Broad Creek Church and thence down the main road to testator's line of "Battersey" to the gate and near Sal Linsey's and w/ the said line to the end or corner of that part of the land which testator purchased from Basil Stonestreet and thence down to Stonestreet's Spring Branch and w/ the branch to the line of "Wantwater" to the aforesaid creek and thence down and with the said creek to the beginning stone and also to have all that part of "Phillips Addition" and "Phillips Addition Enlarged" which was conveyed to testator by James Marshall and made use of by Benjamin Thorne and Thomas Meeks --also to have that part which the main road goes through "as we Ride from Broad Creek to Piscataway" and adjoining the land of William Diggs called "Dallkeeth"
-Dennis to have the ½ of testator's water mill on Tinkers (?) Crun w/ a free pass to and from the said mill
-Dennis named executor of the will

Indenture made November 6, 1752; Gilbert Sprigg, planter, in consideration of 270 pounds sterling money of Great Britain paid by Enoch Magruder has sold a tracts of land called "Osdle" [sic Lergo] and "Long Green" containing 128 acres and beginning at a heap of stones near John Pearce's gate near the main road and by the line of land Enoch Magruder dwells called "Norway" being part of "Largoe" [sic Lergo] to the Western Branch to the old field side of John Pearce's. Signed Gilbert Sprigg, in the presence of Edward Sprigg, John Hepburn and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Elizabeth Sprigg wife of Gilbert Sprigg relinquish her right of dower.

I Philip Mason, Sr., planter in consideration of 7014 pounds of crop tobacco paid by Enoch Magruder have sold all my crop of tobacco now in the houses on the plantation where I now dwell as also 1 black horse, 1 bay horse, 1 gray horse, 1 bay mare, 3 cows and claves, 1 mulatto man Richard Williams, 1 mulatto boy Gabral, 6 head of hogs, 1 feather bed and furniture, 3 leather chairs, 6 rush chairs, 1 iron pot, 1 iron kettle and all other goods and chattles that I am now possessed of. Provided nevertheless, that Enoch Magruder shall well and truly pay the above mentioned crop tobacco convienent on Patuxent River with legal interest on or before December 10th next, thn the present writing to be void and of non effect. This Indenture made the Tenth day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Between Zachariah Wade of Fairfax County in the Colony of Virginia but now of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and Enoch Magruder of Prince Georges County in the Province aforesaid Merchant of the other part Witnesseth That the said Zachariah Wade party to these Presents for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and Twenty Pounds nineteen shillings and eight pence Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said Enoch Magruder the Receipt whereof he the said Zachariah Wade doth hereby acknowledge Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed Released Confirmed and made over and by these Presents doth for himself and his Heirs give grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff Release Confirm and make over unto the said Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns for ever All that Tract or parcel of Land being part of a his Heirs and from and against all other Person and Persons whatsoever will well and truly warrant and for ever hereafter defend And the said Zachariah Wade for himself his Heirs Executors and Bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses unto the Said Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns be it by acknowledgment or Inrollment Fine and Recovery or by any other Ways and Means as by his or their Counsell learned in the Law shall be reasonably Devised Advised or required And whereas the said Enoch Magruder in April Term in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty Nine by Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post did recover against the said Zachariah Wade all that Tract or Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Stoney Harbour lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid which Same Part lyeth on the North Side of Tinkers Run and was devised to him the said Zachariah Wade by he Testament and last Will of his Deceased Father Zachariah Wade and also all that Tract or parcel of Land called Wades Adventure lying and being in the county aforesaid and adjoining to the said part of the afsd Tract of Land called Stoney Harbour containing One hundred Acres of Land which same part of Stoney Harbour and the aforesaid Tract of Land called Wades Adventure were Devised to the afsd Zachariah Wade in and by the Testament and last Will of his Deceased Father Zachariah Wade as in and by the said Recovery remaining of Record in the Provincial Court of this Province of Maryland at Annapolis relation being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear It is Covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed by and between the said parties to these presents and the the said Zachariah Wade doth hereby express and Declare and for him and his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant and Agree to and with the said Enoch Magruder his Heirs and Assigns that at the Time of Suffering the said Recovery Touching and Concerning the Said Lands and Premisses whereof the said Recovery was Suffered always was and yet is that the said Recovery and other Acts and Assurances of and concerning the Said Lands and Premisses with the Appurtenances at any Time formerly I Enoch Magruder in consideration of the love good will and affection which I have and do bare towards my loving daughter Mary Meek Clagett has given parts of three tracts; "Stoney Harbour" containing 157 acres; "Magruders Advantageous Conjecture" containing 129 acres; and "Lanhams Folly" containing 23 acres and bounded by Tinkers Branch, the main road that leads from Piscattaway to Broad Creek by the plantation of the late Mr. Thomas Dyar, the road the leads towards the Wood Yard, the second line of the "Two Johns" containing in the whole 308 acres.
