Planter have for a valuable consideration in hand received sold & doe for me my heirs sell all my right and interest of this Pattent & the land therein contained unto JOHN VICKARS of the County of WESTMORELAND Planter or his heirs or assigns forever In Confirmation whereof I have sett my hand & seal and further I the said SHEPARD do warrant the sale from the claime of any persons whatsoever also I doe bind myselfe or my assigns or Attorney to acknowledge this assignment in the County Court of Rappa unto the said JOHN VICARS his heirs and assigns or their Attornies when I shall be thereunto called. In Witness whereof I have sett my hand & seale this 25th day of September in the year 1673

      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come Wee JOHN MOTT and GEORGE MOTT of the Parish of Sittingbourn of the County of Rappa send Greeting in our Lord God Everlasting Now Know yee that wee the aforesaid JOHN MOTT and GEORGE MOTT for and in regard of the natural! affection we bear our well beloved Couzen JOHN VICKARS as also for other good causes have given unto the aforesd JOHN VICKARS his heirs and assigns forever foure hundred acres of land scituate and being in the aforesaid Parish & County & back in woods upon their Elder Divident of land being bounded as followeth (Vitt) beginning at the upper corner tree of PETER GALLING land and tuning to his Corner tree from there West to a corner tree thence South LO a Corner tree in 4 liuc of the Elder Divident and from thence Ea So Ea along the said line to the place where it first began To have and to hold the said lands & premises to him his heirs and assigns forever in as large and ample manner as the same is granted to them by Pattent without any molestation of them or any of them or their heirs or persons claiming under them In Witness whereof we have sett our hands & seals this thirteenth day of March 1674
