      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. the 30 day of June 1732; I GEORGE HARDWICH of the County of Westmoreland and Parrish of Copeley being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God therefore, calling unto mind the mortallity of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once die, doe make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, that is to say, principally and first of all I give and recommend my Soule into the hands of God that gave it and my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executor, nothing doubting but at the generall Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and fur such worldly goods wherewith it hath been pleased God to bless me with, I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form;
      Imprimis. I give and bequeath my Land and Plantation whereon I now live to my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH, untill his Son, WILLIAM HARDWICH, shall come at ye age of twenty one yeares and then the Land and Plantation to the sd. WILLIAM HARDWICH and his heirs for ever lawfully begotten of his body and in defalt of such heirs to fall to his Brother, AARON HARWICH, and his heirs for ever;
      Item, I give and bequeath unto my Mother, ELLIZ: HARWICH, and my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH, one Servant man named ROBERT TOMSON, his work to be equally devided between them and them not to sell him and if either of them die, to be wholly to the
      other:
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my Mother, ELIZABETH, and my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH, all my moveable Estate to be equally devided between them, And if my Mother, ELIZ. HARDWICH, die, all to fall to my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH, and his heirs for ever; And if my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH die first, then to fall to my Mother, ELIZ: HARDWICH, dureing her life;
      I do constitute make ordain and appoint my Brother, JAMES HARDWICH, Executor of this my Last Will and Tetament whereunto I have set my hand and Seale the day an year above written
