      WILL OF MARGARET BOYLE
      In the Name of God Amen. I Margaret Boyle of the County of King George in the Parish of Hanover being very sick and weak of body but of sound and perfect memory thanks to Almighty God therefore and calling to remembrance the uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this to be my last Will & Testament in manner and form following.
      Item: I give to my son William Jennings three head of Cattle and three sheep two pewter dishes and two basons a large Chest and five pewter plates and a young mare Iron gray branded B and one Iron pot.
      Item: I give to my daughter Penelope Jennings four head of tattle and four sheep one feather bed and furniture a Wainscoat chest three dishes & six plates & one bason & one black Mare & two Iron pots & a frying pan & an Iron spit.
      Item: I give to my daughter Margaret Boyle three head of Cattle two of which to be the Choice of my whole stock with the remaining part of my sheep three dishes & six plates & three basons two Iron pots & a brass candlestick a frying pan one feather bed & furniture one Chest and Chaffing dish a bellmettle skellet & a Mare colt.
      Item: I desire that all my Hoggs be equally divided between my three children and all my other personal estate I give to my two daughters Penelope Jennings and Margaret Boyle to be equally divided between them.
      And it is my desire that my well beloved friends Robert Benson and William Alsup be executors of this my last Will & Testament.
      I do hereby revoke and disanul all former Wills by me made and do ratifie and confirm this to be my true and last Will as Witness my hand and seal this twenty third day of December One thousand Seven hundred & thirty two.

      The last Will & Testament of Margaret Boyle was presented into Court by William Alsop, one of the Executors therein named, Robert Benson the other Executor having refused to take the burthen of the Execution thereof, who made oath thereto and the same was proved by the Oaths of Joseph Berry and William Mumford and admitted to record.
