Will of Arthur Nash of Middlesex County being sick and weak, dated 11 April 1718.
Unto my loveing brother Henry Nash all my wearing apparrell.
Unto my dear wife Anne Nash all the estate both real and personall that belonged to her before marriage.
One half of my lands whereof I am now possessed with and which of right belongs some the plantation whereon I now live to my said dear wife and the heirs of her body. For want of such issue to my brother Henry Nash.
The remaining halfe of my said lands unto my said brother Henry Nash.
All the rest of my Negroes and personall estate unto my wife Anne Nash, my brother Henry Nash and my loveing sister Ann Nash, to be equally divided.
Wife Ann Nash executrix.

The Last Will and Testament of ARTHUR NASH, deced., was presented in Court by ROBERT GEORGE, JUNR. and ANNE his Wife, the Widdow and Relict of the deced. who made Oath thereto and the Will being proved in Court by the Oaths of JOHN OWEN, RICHARD ALLEN and WILLIAM JOHNSON, three of the witnesses thereto, it is admitted to Record and on their motion and giveing security Certificate is granted them for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
