      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I GEORGE KILMAN of the County of Rappa: Plantr., for a valuable consideration in hand received from ANDREW DUDDING of the sd County, Plantr., and for diverse causes me thereunto moveing have granted unto the sd ANDREW DUDDING his heires all that parcell of land conteyning by estimation Thirty acres more or less being neere PISCATACON CREEK in sd County of Rappa: and bounded as folloveth (vizt) West South West upon the land of Capt. JOSIAS PICKETT [Pickus] pointing East S.       KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I EASTER DUDDING , Wife of ANDREW DUDDING, of the County of Rappa: for and in consideration of the entire love and affection I have and beare unto my sd Husband, ANDREW DUDDING, and for divers other good causes and considerations thereunto moving have given and granted unto the sd ANDREW DUDDING all that parcell of land whereon I now dwell conteyning by estimation Two hundred acers more or less being neere PISCATON CREEKE in the County aforesd as by a Conveyance thereof to me made by my Son in Law, JNO, DIKE, of the sd County bearing date the (blank) of May 1680 to which relation being had more at large appeare, To have and to hold the sd parcell of land all houses gardens orchards thereunto belonging and all other appertinances to him the sd ANDREW DUDDING Provided he pay the usuall quit rents which shall hereafter be due for the same And I the sd EASTER DUDDING do hereby oblige myselfe my heires to warrant the sd premisses belonging together with all right therein to him the sd ANDREW DUDDING from me my heires and from all other persons whatsoever as Witness my hand and seale this 25th day of Aprill 1687

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee JOHN and MARY DICKE of the County of RAPPAHANNOCK of the Parish of SOUTH FARNHAM for a valuable consideration from HENRY WOODNUTT hath granted unto the said HENRY WOODNUTT his heires and assignes forever all that Thirty acres of Land being in FARNHAM Parish in RAPPA: County on the South side of Rappa: River and joyneing & bounded with the lands of ANDREW DUDING, JOHN CHEANY and the said WOODNOTT's owne lands, being part of a Devident of Land whereon the said JOHN and MARY DICKE now liveth, which said Thirty acres of Land is contained within the severall bounds courses and distances following, that is to say, begining att a marked white Oake upon ANDREW DUDING and running down a Branch to ye Swamp where the said Branch leadeth into deviling this land from the main Devident, this Branch being the bounds on the North West side of the said Thirty acres of Land, thence from the Forte of the said Branch and Swamp up the said Swamp his severall courses along the land of JOHN CHEANY lading to the land of the said HENRY WOODNOTT, then along the said WOODNOTTs land to the land of the said DUDING and along the land of said DUDING to the first mentioned white Oake upon the Branch of ANDREW DUDINGs; To have and to hold the aforesaid Land with all rights thereunto belonging without the hindrance of us our heries or assignes with further warranties from any p:sons whatsoever that shall lay any claime thereunto; In Wittness whereof we the said JOHN and MARY DICKE have unto these presents sett our hands and fixed our seales this third day of Aprill 1689

JOSIAS PICKES nigh GREEN BRANCH & runing thence over GREENE BRANCH So:W: to a red Oake on a level, thence No:W: to a red Oake by a small branch, thence over certain small branches belonging to the GREEN BRANCH aforesd, parralell unto ye first line to ye land of Capt.
