      The will of Joseph Beale being proved last Court by Majr. Thomas Youell, the executor therein nominated, wherein it was provided inter alia that the residue of his estate should be sold by an outcry, Major Youel doth give publick notice that on 12 September next [sic] hee doth intend a publick sale by outcry att the plantation of William Robison, formerly the habitation of Beale, and that judgments then acknowledged before sufficient authority were confirmed by this Court.

Thomas Youll, professing her readiness to pay him his just due, it is ordered that all accounts being duely settled and ballanced betwixt them, Anna Youll doe pay Thomas Beale what shall appeare justly due.

      KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that wee JOHN RICHARDS & MARY Wife of the said JOHN RICHARDS for a full and valuble consideration reced of JOSEPH BEALE have sold unto the said JOSEPH BEALE and his heires forever a tract of land conteyning Two hundred acres by me the said RICHARDS purchased of GEORGE HARDWICK and by the said HARDWICK purchased of THOMAS PRICKETT & given to the said PRICKM as by Deed of Gift appeares, Given by JOHN ESSEX, and being part of a tract of Five hundred acres formerly purchased of Mr. WM, LOYD, JNO: ESSEX, the said Two hundred acres by these prsents sold beginning North & by East halfe a point Easterly for the breadth & for the length as farr as the five hundred acres goes or extends, To have & to hold the said Two hundred acres of land to him the said JOSEPH BEALE his heires and assignes for ever wth all rights whatsoever wth a full warranty of the said land from the lawful! clayme of any persons whatsoever.
