Justices of the Peace for ye County of Richmond in the full & just sum of Three hundred pounds current money of Virga: to the which payment well and truely to be made we bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals dated ye 2d. day of December 1719
      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if ye above bound EDWD. TOMLINSON & MORRIS VEALE, Admrs. with the Will annext. of MARTIN KEMP, deced., do make or cause to be made a just and perfect Inventory of all the goods chattles and creditts of the sd. deceased and the same so made do exhibit into ye County Court of Richmond at such time as they shall be thereto required by the sd. Court, and ye same goods chattles & cresitts & all other ye goods chattles creditts of ye sd. deced. at the time of his death or vat, at any time after shall come to the possession of EDWARD TOMLINSON and MORRIS VEALE do well and truly administer according to Law, And further do make a true & just acct. of their actings and doings therein when thereto required by ye sd. Court, And also do well and truly pay & deliver all Legacies as contained in the sd. Testament so far as the goods chattles & creditts shall thereunto extend according to the value thereof and ye Law shall charge them, Then this Obligation to be void & of noe effect, otherwise to remaine in full force and virtue

      The verbal Will of MARTIN KEMP, deced., was this day presented in Court by EDWARD TOMLINSON and MORRIS VEALE who made Oath thereto, and ELIZABETH SPERRIN and EDWARD TOMLINSON, witnesses subscribed, in open Court declared upon Oath that the words [or the same in effect] in the Will was declared and publickly spoken by MARTIN KEMP [in their presence and hearing] and that he was at the same time of perfect mind and memory to the best of their Judgment. Whereupon the same is ordered to be recorded, and administration with the Will annext is granted to EDWARD TOMLINSON and MORRIS VEALE on the Estate
