ii. James Noland was born 1740, and died DEC 26 1833. He married Barbara Saunders DEC 26 1774.
iii. Daniel Noland was born 1740.
iv. Elizabeth Noland was born ABT 1742.
v. Ledstone Noland was born ABT 1750, and died 1835. He married Elizabeth Glascock ABT 1770. She was born ABT 1753.
vi. Jesse Noland was born 1760, and died 1834. He married Sarah Barbara Turner ABT 1782.

To son Leadstone Smallwood., tract whereon I now dwell called "May Day, " 200a., also part of tract called "Addition to May Day." 11a.; also 2 Negroes, Charles and John.

Lord Proprietary vs Daniel Noland. Information breach peace - convict per confession.
Henry Darnall, Gent, CC Prosecutor for the Proprietary, says that he understands that Daniel Noland, late of CC, planter, was and is guilty of a breach of the peace, and he prays the advice of this Court in the premises. Sd Daniel, in custody of the Sheriff, Richard Tarvin, Gent, to the bar here brought, comes and confesses that he is guilty. Ordered that sd Daniel be fined 20 shillings, upon which, into Court here in his proper person, came Alex'r Macpherson of CC, planter, and became Pledge and Security for the afd Daniel to pay the fine afd and the Court fees.

I, Mary Dempsey of CC, for the natural love I have for my son, Daniel Nowland, and for several other good causes, I have granted him all my goods and chattels, household stuff, & all other substance I have.
