At the request of Charles Boarman the following Deed was enrolled June 29, 1785 Indenture made May 2, 1785; William Wynn in consideration of 305 pounds 11 shillings current money paid by Charles Boarman has sold 2 tracts lying in PGCo commonly called the "Upper Part of Wynn's Chance" and "Indian Fields" containing 72 ¾ acres. Signed William Wynn in the presence of and acknowledged before H.
