      Son Cuthbert Span-plantation whereon I now live containing about three hundred and fifty acres to him and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body, also plantation known as (torn), three hundred acres lying at my mill to him and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body.
      Son Benjamin Span-land between "Hull's Creek" and "Cupid's Creek", containing about eight hundred acres of land.
      Daughter Franceinah-all the land I bought of William Wildey to her and the lawfully begotten heirs of her body, two good able negroes, ten head of cattle, ten head of sheep, the best bed and furniture in the house, and six casin chairs.
      All my children to have their estates at the age of sixteen years. Two sons to pay Winifred Lucas three thousand pounds of tobacco
      at the age of sixteen years.
      Rest of my estate to be divided equally between my two sons Cuthbert and Benjamin, and youngest daughter Grace.
