      At the March Session Convened March 15, 1710
      Upon the Petition of THOMAS MAHONE and ELLINOR his wife Administration is granted them
      on the Estate of NICHOLAS MERRICA late deceased they giving Caution for their due
      Administration on the said deceased's Estate according to Law.
      Mr. JOSEPH HOLT, Mr. RICHARD HULL, Mr. WILLIAM WILDY, JOHN HULL and PAINE any Four of them are by the Court appointed to meet sometime beforenext Court and being First Sworn by the next Justice Appraise the Estate of NICHOLAS MERRICA deceased And Ordered that THOMAS MAHONE and ELLINOR his wife Administrators of the said deceased Exhibit an Inventory thereof to the next Court upon their Oaths.
