      To grandson Samuel Mahane-all my land on the northside of the main road between the widow Heath's and his own plantation.
      To daughter Sarah-land I bought of Thomas Salberry.
      To son Samuel Mahane-ail my land on the southside of road to "Horsehead Swamp" and the plantation that Benjamin Chilton lives on, and a musket he now has in his possession.
      To daughter Jane Williams-part of land whereon I now live.
      To son Thomas Mahane-all my land within the neck fence whereon now live.
      To grandson Samuel Williams-one small gun.
      Wife Dorothy-to have use of my personal estate during her lifecand then to all my children.
      Son Thomas Mahane, and son-in-law Thomas Williams, executors.
      Witness:-William Lattimore, Moses Champion and John Harvey.

      DOROTHY MAHEN wife of SAM'LL MAHEN haveing by her Attorney THOMAS HOBSON this day Relinquished her Right of Dower of a parcell of Land sold by her said husband to GEORGE CHILTON the same is admitted to Record.
