MORGAN then prayed for a reference untill this Court pretending that she then would make it appeare she should discount part, or the whole of the debt of which she has now failed; Judgment is granted to JAMES MONTGOMERY against the Estate of the said ELIZABETH MORGAN, Administratrix of the said CHARLES MORGAN for the said sume with costs als Execution

JANE WILDEY, Executrix of WILLIAM WILDEY, deceased, foure thousand pounds of tobacco and caske for her charges and trouble in tending Mr. CHARLES MORGAN in the tyme of his sicknesse and funeral expences after his decease, and six hundred pounds of tobacco and caske for soe much paid to Mr. FARNEFOLD for a funeral' sermon, and two hundred pounds of tobacco to Mr. EDWARD HUSBANDS for medicines administered to the said MORGAN in the tyme of his sicknesse, Judgment is granted the said JANE WILDEY against the Estate of the said CHARLES MORGAN for the sume of foure thousand eight hundred pounds of tobacco and caske als Execution

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I CHARLES MORGAN of the Citty of BRISTOLL, Marrinr:, by vertue of a power to me granted by EDWARD FEILDING of ye same Citty of BRISTOLL, Soap Boyler, the Administr. of AMBROSE FEILDING, late of ye County of NORTHUMBERLAND in Virginia deced, have ordained &c appointed Mr. DENNIS CARTY of Rappae: my true & lawfull attorney for me to the only propper use of said EDWARD FEILDING to accon of & from Mr. THOMAS GORDON or any other psons to recover & receive all such tobaccoes money or other debts wtsoever due to the Estate of ye said AMBROSE FEILDING whether the same be due by Bill bond specialty or any other waies whatsoever and in case of nonpaymt, to attach, imprison & out of prison againe to deliver S. upon receipt acquittances & other lawfull discharges for me to give and all other lawfull acts necessary to be done as I my selfe might doe if personally present confirming all my said Attorney shall doe about the prmises.
