Now know ye that I ye sd WM, BERKELEY Knt. &c., do with ye consent of ye Councel of State accordingly give & grant unto JNO: NICHOLLS Two hundred acres of land scituate in ye County of Lancaster upon ye NW side of CORO: RIVER seven or eight miles by ye sd River or thereabouts abutting NE upon ye land surveyed for WM. CLAPHAM, Se. upon COROTOMON RIVER, SW along ye sd River NW into ye woods ye sd land being due unto him ye sd JOHN NICHOLLS &c. dated this 3d of 7ber: 1651 WM, BERKELEY
KNOW ALL MEN by these p:sents that I JOHN NICOLLS of ye County of Lancr:, Planter, have & doe assigne over from me my heirs Exrs. Admrs. & assignes unto ROBERT PERFECT his heirs Exrs. Admrs. or assignes all my right title & interest to this Pattent containing Two hundred acres of land scituate in ye County of Lancaster upon ye NW side of COROTOMON RIVER with all ye priviledges thereto belonging according as it is granted by virtue of ye Patent within specifyed with warranty or warrantyes agt. ye claim or claimes of any p:son or p:sons whatsoever In Witnes whereof I ye sd JOHN NICOLLS do hereby set my hand this 20th day of Febry, 1653

KNOW ALL MEN by these p:sents that I CHARLES KINGE of ye County of Lancaster do in gage & bind my selfe my heirs Exrs. or may assignes to pay unto THO: PERFECT, Son of ROBT PERFECT, lately deced, one Cow calfe late weaned with a crop in ye left year & a peice cut away under ye ear & a peice cut away under ye right ear which calfe with her increase shall remain for yeuse of THO: PERFECT & his heirs or assignes for ever given him freely by JOHN MERIDITH of ye same County from him his heirs or assignes for ever forasmuch as ROBT. PERFECT was indebted unto JNO. MERIDITH Two hundred fifty nine pounds of tobo: ye sd JOHN MERIDITH in lieu of ye sd tobo: hath accepted of ye sd Calfe & freely given it to ye sd THO: PERFECT to p:ofrm the same I CHARLES KINGE have set my hand this 6th day of June 1654
