- It appeares to this Cort upon the peticon of Mr. HOBBES that there is due from the Estate of WILLM. WRIGHT deceased to JO; GEORGE 350 lbs. of tobacco & caske by Bill, wch: the Cort. ordered to be entred
- It appeares to this Cort. that there is due from the Estate of WM. WRIGHT deceased to Mr. WILLIAMSON by Bill assigned & by another Bill due to Mr. WILLIAMSON 420 lbs. of tobacco wch: the Cort. hath ordered to be entred.
- Administracon upon the Estate of WM. WRIGHT according to Act of Assembly is comitted to AMY, the Relict of the said WILLM., she putting in security. JOHN SHERLOCKE & ROBT. SISSON security. AMBROSE MEADER & JOHN SHERLOCKE appointed to apprize the Estate
- Whereas it appeares to this Cort. that WM. WRIGHT deceased & ROBT. SISSON by their Bill stande indebted to LAMBERT LAMBETHSON in 376 lbs. of tobacco & caske, it is ordered that the same be accordinglie pd. wth: costs
- Whereas it appeares to this Cort. that there is due by Bill from WM. WRIGHT deceased & ROBT. SCISSON unto LAMBERT LAMBETHSON that the quantity of 2550 lbs. of tobacco & caske; It is ordered that the moyetie of the saide Debt beinge 1275 bee pd. unto the saide LAMBERT out of the Estate of the saide WRIGHT wth costs
