      Unto my dear and loving wife Ellenor Harris the plantation whereon I now live and co much land adjoining as may contain 50 acres, during her life and after her death to my son Arthur Harris and for want of issue unto my son William Harris.
      Unto my son William Harris 50 acres, the remaining part of my land, lying next John Baly's land. For want of heirs to my son Arthur Harris.
      Unto my son William Harris all my cooper's tools and carpenter's tools and my gun.
      Unto my daughter Ann Harris one heifer with calf, or a calf by her side, at the day of her marriage.
      Unto my loving wife Ellenor Harris all the residue of my personal estate.

      THIS INDENTURE made the Twenty sixth day of March in the Seventeenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Brittain France and Ireland, King, Defender of the faith &c., And in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred forty and four; Between ARTHUR HARRIS of Parish of Cople and County of Westmorland of one part and JAMES HEABURN of the same Parish and County of other part; Witnesseth that ARTHUR HARRIS in consideration of the sum of One thousand pounds of tobacco to him in hand paid by JAMES HEABURN, the receipt whereof ARTHUR HARRIS doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto JAMES HEABURN his heirs all that parcel of land containing One hundred acres be the same more or less scituate in the Parish and County aforesaid and was formerly a purchase made by ARTHUR HARRIS, Grand Father to said ARTHUR HARRIS, of ROBERT SMITH may more fully appear, it fell by heirship to ARTHUR HARRIS by the death of his Father, WILLIAM HARRIS, and is bounded, Begining at a marked red Oak standing by or upon the Road leading from the Plantation of GEORGE LAMKIN, deced., to the Plantation of ROBERT SMITH, runing up a line of marked trees dividing the land of ROBERT SMITH and RICHARD DUNAHAW, deced., North East to a marked red Oak standing by a Branch, thence runing down the Branch North West to a marked black Gum standing in the mouth of a small Branch by another line of marked trees to a marked red Oak standing by the dividing paths that lead to the Plantations of ROBERT SMITH and JOHN BAILEY, deced., in the Road above mentioned, and so runing down the same Road to the place where it first began containing by estimation One hundred acres more or less with all its rights members and appurtenances and all houses orchards and profits to the same belonging; To have and to hold the One hundred acres of land and other the premises with appurtenances unto JAMES HEABURN his heirs; And ARTHUR HARRIS for himself his heirs &c. the premises with appurtenances unto JAMES HEABURN and his heirs against every person lawfully claiming under him and against the claim of any other person shall warrant and forever defend by these presents; In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangeby these presents: In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written

      Memorandum, That on the Twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and forty four ARTHUR HARRIS made livery and seizen of the lands and appurtenances within mentioned by delivering Turff and Twigg and the king of the Chief Mansion House on the lands unto JAMES HEABURN in the name of the whole lands and appurtenances within sold according to the tenor form and effect of the Deed: In presence of us
