      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that We JOSEPH HUTCHINSON and MARY his Wife and THEOPHILUS MAN of Middlesex County are bound unto MATHEW KEMP Gent first in Comission of ye peace for said County in sum of two hundred pounds Sterling money this 5th day of June 1710.
      The Condition of this obligation is such that if Joseph Hutchinson Adminitr: of the Estate of DOROTHY NEEDLES deced do make a true Inventory of said Estate and exhibit ye same to ye next Court and truely administer said Estate according to law and payment make as the Court shall appoint that then this obligacon to be voyd otherwise to remain

Hath bargained & Sold unto him ye sd ROBY all that his Plant( torn) or parcel' of land formerly purchased by him ye said (torn) RICHD.       THIS INDENTURE made the second and third day of July in the second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George now King of Great Britain 1716 Between MACKRORY SCARBROUGH of the County of Middlesex Planter of one part and HENRY ARMISTEAD of Parish of Kingston in County of GLOUCESTER Gentleman Witnesseth that for sum of fifty pounds of lawfull mony of Great Britain said Mackrory Scarbrough hath sold unto said Henry Armistead in his actual! possession now being by virtue of Indenture for one year and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession and to the heires all those Two hundred acres of land in the County of Middlesex in the Neck part of Three hundred acres of land by Survey formerly granted
      by Patent of Sr. WILLIAM BERKELEY now in the tenure of ROWLAND MACKRORY and was left by said Rowland Mackrory unto his Widow afterward married with one WILLIAM NEEDLES who together with his Wife sold their right unto WILLIAM SCARBROUGH from whom the said Mackrory Scarbroughs title derives which said Three hundred acres are bounded beginning upon the South side of Rappahannock River upon the land of GEORGE WADEING and runing West by North to the first specified place which said Two hundred acres of land are to be compleatly laid of altogether next adjoining to other lands of said Henry Armistead in the County of Middlesex
