- Judgment upon Nihil Dicit is granted to Mr. ALEXANDER ATKINS for Five hundred and sixty pounds of Tob: and cask against THOMAS TURNER as marrying the Relict of WM. GRIFFIN deced due by Bill to be paid with costs of Suite als Execution

Richmond County Court 9th of August 1695
- Ordred that THOMAS TURNER do forthwith deliver unto CHARLES SNEAD as Guardian of WILLIAM GRIFFIN and to and for his use, One Cow named Madam, one Copper kettle two guns, one young Horse or Mare, all of which said goods and chattles being given him by the last Will and Testament of the said WILLIAM deceased
Also further ordered that the Sheriff of this County or his Deputy do put the said CHARLES SNEAD into quiet and peaceable possession of all & singular the Lands belonging to him the said WILLIAM GRIFFIN and now in the possession of the said THOMAS TURNER to be paid and done with all cost of suit alias Execution
