He gave legacies to his brother, Mr. Thomas Hussey of Blanford, Dorset, and to well beloved friends, Mr. Wm. Travers and Mr. Giles Cole (Northern Neck Land Grants 1-131).

      KNOW ALL MEN that I GILES HUSSEY (missing) Draper (missing) & made by these presents (missing) (TRAVERS) in the County of Rappa.       THIS INDENTURE made the 29th day of April 1667 Betweene WM. LLOID of the County of Rappa and MARY his Wife of the one parte and GILES HUSSEY of the County aforesaid of the other parte Wittnesseth that the said Wm. Lloid and Mary his Wife for and in consideracon of the sume of two thousand pounds of tob and caske to us in hand paid by the said Giles Hussey doe release & discharge the said Giles Hussey his heires and by these presents have bargained and sold unto the said Giles Hussey a parcell of land cont.' one hundred acres lying and being on the North side of Rappa County in Farneham Creeke about halfe a mile up the Creeke begining on the Westward side of a Creek or gutt issuing out of Farneham Creeke called Pipemakers Creeke at a marked white oake standing on a poynt called BANCKS POYNT opposite to the land of LUKE BILLINGTON whence runing over certaine tipps of poynts W: 34 p. to a marked red oake whence No W: 20 p. to a pocickry whence wth a small branch N:N:W: 34 p to a marked red oake that standeth on the head of a small branch thence more into woods N:N:W: 186 p. wth a line of marked trees to a red oake whence E: 186 p. to a pocickry that standeth on the side of an INDIAN FIELD neare a Branch of Pipemakers Creeke whence Down to said Pipemakers Branch side S:W: 24 p. S:S.W: 122 p. S: by E: 92 perches to a white cake on Bancks Poynt the first menconed tree Together with all privilidges thereunto belonging or in any wise apperteyning To Have and To Hold the said land wth other the premises by these presents for Ever the said Giles Hussey his heires Henceforth Yeelding paying all rents and Services due from the same and the said Wm. Lloid and Mary his Wife doe by these presents that (they) stand and are lawfully possessed of and in the said premises of a good sure lawfull absolute estate of Inheritance in fee simple and that they now have in themselves and in theire owne right full power and Lawful] authority to bargaine and sell the said premises by these presents granted unto the said Giles Hussey his heires and that the said Will: Lloid and Mary his Wife shall at any time hereafter uppon request of the said Giles Hussey his heires accknowledge these presents in the County Court of Rappa. when they shall be thereunto required. LOID and MARY his Wife scituate in the County of Rappa. in Virga bounded on Slaughters Creeke otherwise Smyths Creeke North and something Westerley to a marked pockory standing onthe No: W: side of the maine Branch of the sd Creeke thence No: East thence East something Northerly to a white oake near JOHN WILLIAMS his new Plantacon whence So: then East something Northerly thence No: to a marked white oake on the East side of the aforesd Plan-tacon thence East something Northerly to a Spanish Oake standing at the Miles End of another parcel! of land of Jno. Williams purchased formerly of COLLO. MOORE FANTLE-ROY then runing wth the sd Williams land South Westerly thence South Easterly to another marked Spanish Oake that Divideth Jno. Williams and a Corner of Mr. LUKE BILLINGTONs land and this land then on the Head of Mr. Billingtons land West thence No: West thence West and by South to a marked wt. Oake neare Pipemakers Branch side thence So: and by West to the land of Mr. GILES HUSSEY thence No: West thence West and by So: thence So: halfe a poynt Westerley to a marked red oake standing onthe head of a small branch that issueth into Pipemakers Creeke thence So:So: East thence So: East to a poynt called BANCKES POYNT thence downe pipemakers Creeke South West and by So. Southerly thence So: and by East to the poynt near SNAKE ISLAND in Farneham Creeke then down Farneham Creek according to the severall courses on the face of the old plantacon to Smyth Creeke to the place begann including the above quantity wch is 840 acres of land together wth all buildings uppon the said Eight hundred and forty acres of land To Have and to Hold the sd Plantacon and parcell of land unto the said Edward Williams his heires for Ever In Wittness whereof the said Partyes to these presents have hereunto interchangeably sett their hands and Fixed their seales the day and yeare first above written.
