Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said JAMES WHITLOCK for Twenty thousand pounds of Sweet Sented tobacco and Cask to him in hand paid or secured to be paid doth sell unto the said THOMAS SWINBOURNE his heires and assignes all that parcell of land which THOMAS WHITLOCK died seized of with all priviledges according to Pattent dated the Twentieth -of Febry. 1662 To have and to hold all the premises and every part thereof unto the said THOMAS SWINBOURNEhis heires and assignes to the use of him the said THOMAS SWINBOURNE his heires and assignes forever and he the said JAMES WHITLOCK and all other psons whatsoever having any Estate in the premises will at the request of said THOMAS SWINBOURNE execute all other lawfull conveyances for the further conveying of all the land unto said THOMAS SWINBOURNE his heires & assignes according to power granted to JAMES WHITLOCK. WILLIAM BERRY and MARGRETT his Wife for Six thousand Five hundred pounds of good sound merchantable arenoco Tobacco and caske to conteyn the same to him the sd WM. BERRY in hand paid or secured to be paid by the sd THOMAS SWINBURNE whereof the sd WM.
