      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I RICHARD COLEMAN of the County of Rappa. in Virga: Planter for the great love and affecion I beare unto DANIELL DISKIN & his Children have freely given unto him his heires for Ever one moyety or halfe parte of three hundred acres of land bought by me of ROBERT LOVELL lying at the head of Rappa Creete where I now live the said Halfe parte being bounded as following BEGINING at the marked oake neare the Creekes side runing West 160 p North 150 p East 160 p to the Branch falling into the said Creeke and Southerly downe the Branch & Creeke to the marked tree first specifyed wch said one hundred & fifty acres of land wth all houses cleared gound fences etc wth the said land soe hounded he the said Daniell Diskin his heires peaceably and quietly To Have Hold enjoy for ever, he the said Daniel Diskin his heires paying the accustomed rent to the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer appoynted by his Matie: In Wittness whereof I have hereunto sea my hand and Seale this 27th Decembr 1666 Always Provided notwtstanding any thing abovemenconed that the sd Richard Coleman shall make use of one halfe of the said Land cleared and houses wthin the said one hundred and fifty acres of land Given unto the said Daniell Disk in during the said Richard Colemans life

LOVELL of the County of Rappa. for valluble considerations of Tobacco by me already Reced have bargained sould & confirmed unto RICHARD COLEMAN of the same place his heires for Ever three hundred and fifty acres of land lyeing on the North side of RAPPA. RIVER & on the West side of GREAT RAPPA. CREEKE Begining att a marked white Oake & running North to another white Oake being parte of a Pattent of one thousand acres due to the said LOVELL & PATRICK NORTON in as large & ample manner to all intents & purposes as is Expressed by the Pattent & the said LOVELL for himselfe his heires doe covenant promise & graunt to & with the said RICHARD COLEMAN his heires shall or lawfully may att all times hereafter & from time to time to quietly & peaceably have hold & enjoy the said Land without the lett hindrance trouble of any person or prsons wtsoever & for the pformance hereof I have hereunto sett my hand & seale this 13th of October 1663

      I RICHARD COLEMAN of the County of Rappa, & MARGRETT my Wife doe for or:selves or: heires & assignes sell & make over unto CORNELIUS SILAVANT his heires for Ever the one moyety of the within Bill of Sale mentioned three hundred & fifty acres of land being one hundred seventy acres being formerly given by mee RICHARD COLEMAN unto DANIELL DISCAN as appeare per Bill of Sale and doe by these presents from us or heires warrant unto the aforesaid CORNELIUS SILVEVANT his heires the prmises & peaceable possession of the said Land As Witness or: hands & seales this first day of July 1670

      RICHARD BURKE out of the Love & affection that he beareth unto ELIZABETH DISKIN Daughter of DANIEL DISKIN late of this County decd doth give unto the said ELIZA. one yeareling heifer with a cropp on the right Eare and a hole in the left eare To Have & To Hould the said Heifer from me & my heires to her & her heires forever with all the female increase and when shee attaine to the age of Tenn yeares then shee & her heires shall have as well the future male as female increase & that her Father in law or him that shall take the charge of the said Heifer & Increase shall have the male Increase of the said Heifer until shee attaine to the age abovesaid Witness my hand this 3d day of May 1670 signum

Know yee that whereas I PATRICK NORTON of ye said County did Joyntly take up One thousand acres of land & whereas ye said ROBERT LOVELL did (before any Devision of said land) pass away wthout ye knowledge, privity or consent of me PATRICK NORTON three hundred & fifty acres of ye said One thousand acres of land unto RICHARD COLEMAN wch said land soe passed away by Deed of Sale in ye same land in this wthin written Deed passed over by Deed of Gift from ye said RICHARD COLEMAN unto DANIEL DISKIN as by ye wthin written Deeds may appeare, Now Know yee that I PATRICK NORTON for diverse good consideration me thereunto moving & especially out of love & affection I bear unto JOHN DISKIN, Son of ye said DANIELL DISKIN deced, doe freely give unto him ye said JOHN DISKIN, his heires assignes all my right & interest I have or ever had in the land wthin specified wthout any money or any other thing to be yeilding or paid to mo or my heires forever warranting this my Gift from all psons clayming any right theretunto by any power of ye said PATRICK NORTON & that for ever Witness my hand & Seale June ye 6th 1678
