      Whereas WILL BOULWARE and JAMES BOULWARE formerly bought a tract of land of Seven hundred eighty three acres of Mr, THOMAS PAGE the said WILLIAM BOULWARE and JAMES BOULWARE have agreed and divided the said Land as followeth beginning at a white Oake being a Triangle Tree running up POPOMAN RUN as the Run goes ending at a white Oake standing in the said line dividing betwixt THOS PAGEs three thousand acres and the said BOULWAREs the sd JAMES BOULWARE having the South side of the said POPMAN RUN and WILLM. BOULWARE having the North side the Run being betweene JAMES BOULWAREs house and the MAINE ROAD and agreed upon before CORNELIUS NOELL and SAMUEL WARD. DAVIS of the sd County his heirs and assigns forever One hundred and fifty acres of land in said County of Rappa on the South side the River being part of a greater tract of land granted by Pattent to THO: PAGE and by him assigned unto me the sd WM, BOULWARE and my Brother, JAMES BOULWARE, the sd One hundred and fifty acres of land to begin on the back line of Mr. MARTIN JOHNSON and runing on the sd JOHNSONs line to the line of Mr. LUCAS, then runing into the woods in the COUNTY ROAD then along the sd ROAD in the land whereon SAMLL. WARD now liveth but if these bounds shall not conteyne the full complemt. of One hundred and fifty acres to go over the ROAD next to the land of SAMLL.       KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I WILLIAM BOWLER [Boulware] of County of Rappa and Parish of Cittenburne for sum of Four thousand foure hundred pounds of Tobb: and cask secured to be paid to me by DAVID JAMISON of sd County and Parish have with the consent of ELIZABETH my Wife granted unto DAVID JAMISON his heirs Two hundred and fifty acres of land formerly taken up by THO: PAGE in the freshes and on the South side of Rappa River as by Patent bearing date 1666/7 and begining at a Hickory neere the ROAD thence runing up a line of marked trees according to the course of the Patent to a great branch of POWOMAN which divides my Brothers land from mine being part of the same tract and so including all my part of the sd land between the abovesd Branch and the ROAD the sd Two hundred and fifty acres of land with all rights from me the said BOULWARE my heirs to sd DAVID JAMISON his heirs in as large manner as may be collected out of the Patent without the hindrance or interruption of sd WM.
