Lease for lives of Thomas Burk, Ann his wife and Richard Burk the son of John Burk. 100 acres where he lives in the fork of the Little Indian
Annual rent, 430 pounds of tobacco payable at Falmouth or Fredericksburg and four fat hens, capons or pullets at William Beverley's dwelling house on Elkwood. If he shall keep more than two tithables besides himself working on the land, to pay one fat hen and 100 pounds of tobacco for each.
Burk shall plant 64 apple trees in an orchard 30 foot asunder.
