      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we ELIZA: TERRITT, ROWLAND THORNTON and RICHARD COPLEY of the County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worspll. his Maties Justices of the peace for the sd: County in the full & iust sume of One hundred pounds Sterl: to the which payment well & truely to be made we bind ourselves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed with our seales and Dated the first day of June 1715
      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound ELIZABETH TERRITT, Admrx. of all the goods & chattells & creditts of FRANCIS TERRITT deced., do make a true and perfect Inventory of all the goods chattells & creditts and the same so made do exhibit in the County Court of Richmond att such times as she shall be thereto required by the said Court and the same goods chattells and creditts do well and truly administer according to Law, And further doe make a just and true account of her actings and doings therein when thereto required by the said Court and shall pay and deliver unto such persons respectively as the sd: Justices by their Order or Judgment shall direct pursuant to the Laws in that case made and provided; And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will &Testamt. was made by the sd. deced., and the Exr. or Exrs. therein named do exhibit the same in the said Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if the said ELIZABETH TERRITT being thereunto required do render and deliver up her Letters of Administration approbation of such Testamt. being first hand and made in the sd. Court, Then this obligation to be void and of none effect otherwise to remaine in full force and virtue

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JAMES HARRISON of ST. MARYES Parish in the County of ESSEX for the summa of Four thousand pounds of good tobbacco in caske to me in hand payd. by FRANCIS TERRITT of CITTENBURNE Parish in the County of Richmond, Planter, have sold unto the aforesaid FRANCIS TERRITT his heires and assignes forever a certaine parcel of Land containeing about Seventy and five acres scituate and being on the North side of Rappa: River about a mile back from the plantation that formerly belonged to Mr. GEORGE JONES, whereupon the said TERRIT now dwells, the said Land being purchased by the aforesaid HARRISSON of JAMES JACKSON; To have and to hold the said parcel' of Land according to the bounds thereof wth: all houses fences orchards and all other appurtenances belonging in as large and ample a manner as was granted to me by the aforesaid JACKSON, to him the said FRANCIS TERRETT his heires or assignes forever without any disturbance of me my heires or Admrs. or any other persons clayming under me, And I the said HARRISSON do hereby oblidge my selfe to acknowledge this Deed either by my selfe or Attorney within the space of Six moneths in the County Court of Richmond that it may be there intoned according to Law, And I the said HARRISSON do further oblidge my selfe to give any further assureance for the premisses as any p:son learned in the Law shall advise, always provided that the said TERREIT do annually pay the quilt rents due and ariseing for the said Land and make due delivery of.what goods and chattells properly belonging to the said HARRISSON whensoever required or demanded, In Wittness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and affixed my seale this 10th day of fiber: 1703

      RICHARD HILL of the same Parish and County, Ordinary Keeper, of the other part, Wittnesseth that JAMES KITCHEN and ELIZABETH his Wife for Three thousand pounds of good tobbo: to them paid by RICHARD HILL by these presents do bargaine & sell unto RICHARD HILL his heires all that Plantation tract of land containeing by estimation Thirty acres be the same more or less scituate in the aforesaid Parish and County adjoyning to and binding upon the lands of WILLIAM PANNILL & FRANCIS TERRETT and JAMES SHEPPEY (wch: said Thirty acres of land (more or less) was formerly sold by .       ELIZABETH TERRITT, Relict of FRANCIS TERRITT, deced., came into Court and made Oath that the said FRANCIS TERRITT departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as she knows or believes, and on her motion and giveing security for her just and faithfull administratIon of the said Decedent's Estate, Certificate is granted her for obtaining Letters of Administration in due form
      - TERRITT &c. ack, Bond ELIZABETH TERRITT, ROWLAND THORNTON and RICHARD COPLEY came into Court and acknowledged their Bond for the said ELIZABETH TERRITT's just and faithfull administration of the Estate of FRANCIS TERRITT, deced., which is ordered to be recorded
      - TERRITT's Estate to be appraised WILLIAM BRONAUGH, JEREMIAH BRONAUGH, MORGAN DARNELL and DAVID PRICE or any three of them some- time between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of FRANCIS TERRITIT, deced., which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the next Court.
