      Upon the petition of THOMAS BERRY who married MARGRETT the relict of THOMAS SMYTH deceased, a Commission of Administration is granted them on the Estate of the said THOMAS SMYTH, they giving Caution for their due administration according to Law.
      Mr. WILLIAM HARCUM does in Court oblige himself, his heirs, Executors and Administrators with THOMAS BERRY jointly and separately in the penal sum of ten thousand pounds of tobacco and cask that the said THOMAS and MARGRETT, his wife, shall duly administer on the Estate of THOMAS SMYTH deceased according to Law

      THIS INDENTURE made the seven & twentieth day of February in the eight year of the Reigne of our Sovereign Lady Anne by the grace of God Queen of Great Brittain France and Ireland, Defender of the faith &c., annoq.
