Will of ALEXANDER MILLS. I ALEXANDER MILLS of County of Fairfax .. give to my son, GEORGE MILLS, all my wearing Cloaths except one Sagathy Coat, also one brindle cow & four dollars Cash. I give to my youngest daughter, REBECCA MILLS, 990 pounds of crop tobacco & Cash towards maintaining her or for them to receive the said Tobacco who has the child, REBECCA, after my will is in force .. I give to my youngest son, ALEXANDER MILLS, my land whereon I now live containing 123 acres .. if he dies without heirs .. land should fall to my son, JOHN MILLS .. furthermore it is my desire said land be for use & service of all my children, Vizt. ANN MILLS, JNO. MILLS, MARY MILLS, ELIZABETH MILLS & REBECCA MILLS .. my desire that my five children have two years schooling a piece out of my Estate. All the rest of my Estate to be Equally divided among my six children (ALEXANDER MILLS listed with others named above) .. appoint my son in law, THOMAS PERKINS & my Eldest daughter, ANN MILLS, to be my Executors .. this 27th day of June 1767.

At a court held .. 16th November 1767 .. will presented by THOMAS PERKINS & ANN MILLS .. proved by oaths of JOSEPH JACOBS & MORDECAI JACOBS .. is admitted to record .. certificate is granted (Executors) for obtaining a probate thereof in due form
