- An Indenture of Bargain and Sale between GEORGE HARDIN and SARAH his Wife of the one part and JOSEPH MORGAN of the other part was proved to be the act and deed of the said GEORGE HARDIN by the Oaths of FRANCIS MORGAN, JOHN FREEMAN and WILLIAM HAYNIE, witnesses thereto, and with the Commission thereto annexed for taking the acknowledgment and privy examination of the said SARAH, and a Certificate of the execution thereof, ordered to be recorded Be it remembered that JOSHUA KING personally came into Court and objected to the Proof of this Deed
