I, William Gardiner of CC, being in perfect health of body and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To granddaughter Mary Eliza Gardiner wife of Thomas S. Gardiner all the lands that I am possessed called "Three Brothers", "Mount Pleasant" and "Enclosure". Also negroes (mulatto) Mariah and her children Ann, Samuel, Cecely, Adeline, Charlotte, Alfred, Benedict, Richard, Julia Ann, John and Mary. Also negro Charles.
To daughter Dorothy Boarman wife of Alexius Boarman, 1 bed and furniture.
To daughter Catharine Boarman wife of A.J.P. Boarman, 10 dollars.
Item: to daughter Dorothy Boarman wife of Alexius Boarman, to the children of daughter Mary Mudd and Ann Jameson deceased, my three negroes Matthew, George, Poll, Mary Ann and her children, Frank, Henry and James, 1/3 portion each.

I, Elizabeth Reeves of CC, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To Henry L. Mudd, a tract of land on which I have a quarter, called "Moses Quarter" and adjoining of a certain James Moore.
To Edward Dyer of the city of Washington in the District of Columbia, in trust, all and every other part of my real estate and lying near where Doctor George Boarman now resides, for the benefit of my nephew Doctor George Boarman during his life, and at his death to convey the same to my nephews heirs.
To my great niece Mary Boarman, daughter of Doctor George Boarman, negro Baptist son of Gracy.
To daughter [sic great niece] Susanna Boarman, daughter of Doctor George Boarman, negro Terece, daughter of Cecy.
To Francis D. Gardiner son of my niece Dorothy Gardiner, negro Elly, son of Gracy, and Day, son of Anna.
To Elizabeth Boarman, daughter of my nephew Charles Boarman, negro Francis s/o Harriet.
To Elizabeth Gardiner, widow of Aloysius Gardiner, late of Prince George's County, dec'd., negro Alfried, son of Harriet.

To friend Sarah Jenkins now living with me, negro Robert, son of Cely, 1 bed and furniture and 150 dollars, also my wearing apparel.

To whatever Reverend Gentleman that may me attending this congregation at my death, 50 dollars.
