Will of John Ford, SMC, 1/9/1782-2/5/1782.
Aunt: Frances Williams, my young mare and one steer during her life.
Sister: Bibianna Ford, my riding horse; the part due me from my grandfather's estate; and the mare and steer devised to my aunt at her death.
Niece and nephew: Anastasia Mattingly and Gabriel Mattingly, all that part of my father's estate that is coming to me from Anthony Simms.
Brother: Henry Ford, my part of the crop of tobacco due me from last year's service as overseer; six barrels of corn; and my wearing apparel. He is to pay, out of the crop, three pounds common
currency to Our Lady's Chapel.
