Neck of Virginia....dated March 11, 1722....for 247 a....on Brent, Town Run....corner of another peice of land of Hackney and John Allen.. part of said 247 a. which lies on north side of Brent Town Run has since by sundry mesne Conveyances come to the George Allen.... 400 lbs. of Tob. consideration. Deed of lease and release.
