      Folio 554 BENJAMIN LEACH 09/20/1803
      The deposition of Thomas Leach who swore that about four hours before the death of Benjamin Leach, the father of the deponent that the said Benjamin told the deponent that it had been his wish to have had some writing done but that he had put it off till it was too late, then he told the deponent that it was his wish that $50,00 of the estate should be applied to the schooring of his two youngest children. Also it was his with that the two Negroes "Ben" and '`Nace" should he kept for the support o f the two youngest children until they arrived at age 12.
      The deposition of Mrs. Elizabeth Oliver who swore that about 3 or 4 hours before the death of Benjamin Leach the deceased called the deponent and told her he wished that he had some writing done but that he had put it off til it was to late and he told the deponent that he wished that $50.00 was applied to the schooling of his two youngest children and that the Negroes ''Ben" and "dace" should be kept until the two youngest children arrived at the age of 12.
      Thomas Smith, Benjamin Leitch and Alexander Leitch, Isaac Ball and Mary, his wife. Thomas Leitch of Benjamin, Benoni Truman & Elizabeth Truman, his wife, being the heirs of the said Beitiantin Leitch agree and wish that the money and Negroes be applied to the schooling and support of the testator's 2 youngest children
