To all to whom .. Whereas ANN WHITE, Widow and JOSEPH SPENCER, an infant by Elizabeth Spencer, his Mother and next friend, Plts., brought a suit in General Court .. as heirs of SAMUEL RUST, deceased, against RACHEL BRAMHAM, DANIEL BRAMHAM, and GAYDONE BRANHAM, Executors of JOHN BRAMHAM, deceased, James Cunningham, Wm. Lewis and other defendants, for certain Negroes (listed) and whereas the above contending parties having agreed to compound and put up the suit in the following terms: that is to say .. the above said Rachel Bramham, now Sisson, Daniel Bramham and Gaydone Bramham, Deft. for Ann White and Joseph Spencer .. giving up rights to the Negroes and Estate .. they claim or pretend to claim .. makeover
and quit our claim to five of the above Negroes .. 23rd March 1767 .
