      THIS INDENTURE made this 19th day of May 1777 Between WILLIAM MORRIS and AMEY his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and DICKIE LATHAM of other part Witnesseth that said William Morriss & Amey his Wife for sum Fifty pounds current money of Virginia have granted unto said Dickie Latham land in County of Culpeper and bounded Begining at a white oak in CAMPs line at Corner to THOMAS CAMP thence with his line West to FLOYDS OLD PATH by the fence thence along the Path to FOX MOUNTAIN ROAD thence down the said Road to a gum on Hungry Run Corner to said Dickie Latham thence a straight line to the Begining containing seventy five acres ..
