      All of my estate to be equally divided between my loving wife Elizabeth and my five children, my oldest son Covington, my son Francis, my daughter Angelina, and my daughter Nany and my infant son unchristned.
      My loving wife Elizabeth and my father in law Richard Covington executors.

Attorney to make over & acknowledge to JOSEPH ANDERSON 120 acres of land being on Piscataway Creek I say I do freely ordain sd Edward Searles to act in my stead As Witness my hand and Seal this 19th day of February 1721/22.

      THE CONDITION of the above Obligation is such that whereas the above bounden Edward Searle hath obtained a lycence to keep an ordinary at the house of SAML. LOYDE near the COURTHOUSE if therefore said Edward Searle doth constantly find & provide in his said Ordinary good wholsom & Cleanly lodging & dyet for Travellers & Stableage fodder & provender Pasturage & Provender as the Season shall require for their horses for & during the term of one year from the day of this Instant & shall not suffer or permit any unlawful! gameing in his house nor on the Sabbath day Suffer any to tipple or drink more than is necessary Than this Obligation to be voyd Otherwise to remain in full force.

      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that whereas Edward Searle hath obtain'd a Lycence to keep and Ordinary at his house if therefore Edward Searle doth constantly find & provide in his said Ordinary good wholesome & cleanly Lodging & diet for travellers & stableage fodder & provender or pasturage & provendr. as the Season shall require for their horses, for & during the term of one year from the 18th day of this Instant and shall not suffer any unlawfull gameing in his house nor on the Sabbath day suffer any to tipple or drink more than is necessary then this Obligation to be void otherwise to remain
