      To son Sydney George and hrs., land beginning at Middle Neck Point, the original boundary of sde land and to all the neck up, until it intersects the neck to a tract called "The Dividend," and If he die without issue, then to son Joshua George and hrs., all above-mentioned land.
      To dau. Mary, land called Mount Ararat.
      To son Joshua George, those 2 tracts on the south side of Bohemia River called "Strange" and "Salem," but I will that son Sidney, make good rights to Salem" in regard that I have not yet taken out patent. Therefore, If Joshua die without issue, then to my dau. Alice, land called "Salem," to dau. Mary.
      To dau. Alice, escheat warrant to her hrs., land in Kent Co. called "Morton,' 200 A. where Wm. Ellis made a purchase from some of the Christians.
