Admon of CAROLL's Estate granted MARY CARROLL, Relict of DANIEL CARROLL, deced., came into Court and made Oath that DANIEL CARROLL departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as she knowes or believes and on her Petition, Certifycate is granted her for obtaining Letters ofAdministration on the Decedent.'s Estate in due form, HENRY ASBURY and JOHN BAKER assumeing to be her Security according to Law to perform the same, and it is ordered that WILLIAM LYNTON, WILLIAM MURFEY, ELIAS MORRIS and WILLIAM REMY or any three ofthem being first sworn before one ofher Majties Justices for this County doe some time before the next Court value and appraise the Estate and make report thereof to the next Court
